I know, I know... y'all are probably having a heart attack that I have FINALLY updated our blog! Too much has come & gone for me to write about all of it, so I've decided to start with random pictures!

4 Years!

Well, we've made it 4 years already! To some of y'all this may seem like no big deal, but to those of you that know us really well, you know just what a long road we have been down! In just a short time, we have moved across the country twice, Jeremiah has lost both parents & an uncle within a yr & a half, we obviously have 2 babes, we've started & closed a business, switched jobs a couple of times & the list goes on! Needless to say, it's a great accomplishment for us!

Trick or Treat

This year Ella wanted to be a pink tinkerbelle, so that she was! Livi is our little monkey, so she just had to be that! We had a lot of fun on the days leading up to Halloween doing Boo @the zoo, The Little Gym party, Ella's preschool party & her dance party as well as trick or treating on the big night! We started the morning out right w/orange pancakes & I let Ella make a jack o lantern w/chocolate chips! We had a great Halloween & Ella is already planning for next year.

So last night I had the girl's fed, bathed & ready for for bed a lot earlier than usual. The feeling of feeling really good that they were going to be in bed before 9 ended oh so fast! Daddy came hm & before I knew it, they were all in the Dora tent making a feast of pretend food. Livi was pretty skeptical of the whole tent idea, but after she warmed up to it, she loved it as much as my 2 other monkeys! Needless to say, bedtime wasn't any different than other nights as 10:00 rolled around. There's always tonight I guess!

A Special Day

Today was Ella's VIP day @her school. They spotlighted her & we came w/pictures, some of her favorate toys & dvd's, her favorite book Pinkalicious & pink cupcakes of course! She loved having Jeremiah, Livi, Grandma & mom there to share the time w/her.

Ok, so I'm a little behind on posting Ella Roo's birthday pics! Her birthday was September 8th & she turned 3! We just got take out & had Barbie cake @auntie Jen's house. We had her party the following Saturday @pa's house. All of her little friends came & she even had a very special friend come... Cinderella. She played games, read a story, danced & helped open presents... THANKS CASSI!!! Ella had a great birthday & thank you to everyone who helped & came!

SUMMER DAYS

We went to The Gateway a few wks ago w/our friends from Geargia (Elizabeth & her darling boys & Leah). We went to the Discovery center that is a children's museum & then went over to the water fountain park where the kids played in the water. Ella had so much fun playing that she didn't want to leave & then passed out in the car as soon as we left... it wore her out! We had so much fun & hopefully we will get a chance to go back before fall weather hits!

DOUBLE TROUBLE

Ella & Livi have started taking baths together, but the cute thing is that they aren't in 1 tub, but rather 1 sink w/2 sides! They both love it & have so much fun playing w/each other. Ella still fits in the big deep side of the sink & Livi fits perfectly in the small side... best of both worlds!

New Baby

My sister Jen had a little baby girl today! Claire Marie Diamond is finally here. She weighs 7 lbs. 8 oz. & is 19 1/2 in. long. She is just as cute as can be & we are all so in love with her already!

PRESCHOOL

Ella started her first day of preschool today at Small Wonders Preschool! She was sooo excited to go & didn't even look back when she walked away... she didn't miss me either! We are very excited for her to be learning & growing everyday, but are also sad that our baby is growing up!

Our little livi is growing up way too fast. Her crib is in our rm & when she wakes up, she peeks over the rail & stares @us until we look @her. It is so pitiful that we just have to get her out & love her before we put her back again! Here is a cute picture of her chubby lil hand as she fell asleep in the middle of her peek a boo act! We just love her so much... she adds so much joy to our little family!

Grandpa or as Ella says... PA, gave Ella finger paints for Jeremiah's b-day. Big Mistake! I thought that she was doing really well w/them until I found her EATING them. Needless to say... we have hidden the paints until she can be trusted again.

Ella was in the Sandy City 4th of July parade for dance this year. She absolutley loved it! She was originally supposed to ride in the back of the truck, but she ended up walking & dancing the whole time w/the older dancers.

Today Is Such A Special Day

Today is Jeremiah's birthday. He had a party w/friends & family before his big day, so we just stayed in & ordered Outback to go that night. I made him his favorite down home southern dessert that he absolutley loves... Lincoln Logs! We went to Cheesecake Factory the next night for his b-day dinner. Happy Birthday Babe... We love you!

Sweet Potatoes, Peas & Bananas Oh My!

Livi has started solids! She loves everything but peas... which she tolerates, but isn't quite sure of them yet. She intently waches everyone eat & follows the food with her eyes. She loves to have a lil lick of my food, but only the dry things that are pretty tasteless.

I'm A Big Girl Now!

Ella has been potty training the last couple of weeks... FINALLY! She loves it & has to do her routine everytime no matter where we are. We go potty, yells ta da & then she tells it bye bye as she flushes it. We then sing twinkle twinkle lil star while we wash our hands (thanks for the idea Haley!) & finally we get a treat out of the potty basket. She loves to clean up after herself & wipe the counter w/a towel... she spends a lot of time watching mommy!

Dance Competition

Ella had her very first dance competition @Lagoon a couple of Saturday's ago. She did great except for the deer in the headlights look that didn't leave her face! We stayed the rest of the afternoon & night & took her on rides... she had a blast!
